About Odigo Verve

Industry knowledge. Independent thinking.

We’ve spent our careers inside the automotive, fleet and mobility world — working with businesses, drivers, manufacturers and funders; seeing first-hand how quickly the choices have become more complicated.

We created Odigo Verve to put that experience to work differently.
We help both employers and individuals understand their options, challenge assumptions and make better mobility decisions.

Why we exist

Mobility is complicated. Good advice isn’t.

The way we choose, fund and use vehicles is changing. Salary sacrifice, electric vehicles, charging, taxation, funding and new mobility options have created more choice — but also more complexity. Manufacturers, dealers, leasing companies, finance providers and salary sacrifice operators all have valuable roles to play. But naturally, each sees the market through the products and services they provide.

“Odigo Verve exists to give employers and individuals the space to step back and look at the bigger picture; consider all the options and make good decisions, armed with all the facts .”

We bring together industry experience, practical knowledge and an independent perspective to help you understand the relevant options, consider the trade-offs and decide what works for your circumstances. Sometimes that means making a change… And sometimes the right advice is to do nothing yet.

Odigo Verve was built to be an honest voice for the customer. We’ve spent our careers understanding how the automotive and fleet markets work. Today, we use that experience to help organisations and individuals navigate them with greater clarity and confidence.

Meet the team

Two co-founders. Decades of automotive and fleet experience. One shared belief: good advice starts with understanding the person or organisation you’re advising.

Matt Hawkins

Matt Hawkins
Co-founder

Matt has spent his career in fleet and automotive, working across vehicle funding, salary sacrifice and mobility — building a broad understanding of how businesses and individuals make car-related decisions, and what good advice in that space actually looks like.

His experience has taught him that the automotive and fleet markets are genuinely complex, and that the people navigating them — whether a business reviewing its car benefit or an individual choosing their next vehicle — benefit enormously from advice that starts with their situation rather than a predetermined solution. That belief sits at the heart of everything Odigo Verve does.

Working alongside Debbie on the UK launch of Polestar reinforced his conviction that the shift to electric vehicles represents a genuine opportunity — for businesses, for individuals, and for the industry — when it’s approached with clarity, honesty and a willingness to ask the right questions.

Debbie Chaplin

Debbie Chaplin
Co-founder

Debbie has spent her career in automotive, working closely with businesses and customers, building long-term relationships around a simple principle: understand what someone is trying to achieve before deciding how to help them get there. Curious by nature and rarely satisfied with “because that’s how we’ve always done it,” Debbie has always been willing to challenge the norm, explore different ways of making things happen and look for opportunities to improve what already exists. Her experience working on the UK launch of Polestar strengthened that mindset, bringing together her interest in automotive, sustainability and the wider evolution of mobility.

Debbie is a strong believer in the automotive industry and its ability to evolve. For her, progress isn’t about rejecting what came before or following change for the sake of it. It’s about asking better questions, challenging assumptions and continually looking for ways to make things work better for businesses, customers and the industry itself. That curiosity and continuous-improvement mindset sits at the heart of her work at Odigo Verve. For Debbie, the best answer isn’t necessarily the conventional one. It’s the one that stands up to being questioned.
